Markus Fost provided us with highly dedicated guidance for the development and implementation of our global e-commerce strategy. This included the construction of our new website, the design and construction of a B2B portal, the modernisation of our data management practices and other strategic measures such as the development of a detailed scoring model for cooperation with pure players. Taking into account the needs of a brand strongly involved in specialist trade, Markus acted in an advisory capacity, making significant developments to the firm’s e-commerce strategy, holding discussions with various segments of the firm and, where necessary, devising approaches to solving problems. He then implemented our chosen strategy in a consistent, target-oriented manner, offering expert guidance to the relevant operational divisions. Our considerable success was only achieved with FOSTEC’s detailed technical and strategic know-how as well as with their deep understanding of the opportunities and risks of different e-commerce strategies.
